Align a research and innovation call

Direct funding programmes toward ocean observing as infrastructure.

  6. 6

Share atmospheric and ocean data from ships, platforms and farms under agreed open terms, and adopt open-data procurement.

Build ocean data into risk and disclosure

Integrate observing-system dependency into risk models, disclosure expectations and stewardship.

  8. 8

Back capacity where it is needed most

Support transfer of staff, equipment and funding to Large Ocean States and the Global South.

  9. 9

    Step up as a champion
